Piedmont Henry Hospital earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™.
The Joint Commission conducted an unannounced, on-site evaluation of Piedmont Henry Hospital in May 2008. The survey ended with PHH receiving a full three-year accreditation.
Piedmont Henry Hospital President and CEO Charles F. Scott calls the accreditation “proof of a hospital-wide commitment to provide first class care to our community on an ongoing basis.”
The Joint Commission was founded in 1951 and seeks to continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public through the provision of health care accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in health care organizations.
